5月30日,由郵政局指導(dǎo)、中國快遞協(xié)會主辦的2018中國快遞行業(yè)(國際)發(fā)展大會在京成功舉辦。
作為第五屆中國(北京)國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易交易會的重要內(nèi)容之一,大會以“高科技助力新發(fā)展 高質(zhì)量服務(wù)新經(jīng)濟(jì)”為主題,邀請了來自相關(guān)部委、地方政府、管理部門、研究機(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)協(xié)會、寄遞企業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游企業(yè)的能手學(xué)者和代表,通過主旨演講、啟動儀式、發(fā)布儀式、現(xiàn)場對話、商務(wù)簽約等形式,深度探討了快遞科技創(chuàng)新、綠色發(fā)展、人才培養(yǎng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展等方面的議題,為與會嘉賓搭建溝通交流的橋梁,為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游協(xié)同創(chuàng)新提供平臺,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)間合作。會上還發(fā)布了《中國快遞業(yè)社會貢獻(xiàn)報告2017》和《2018年1-4月份中國快遞發(fā)展指數(shù)》。
郵政局副局長趙民在大會致辭中指出,為了不斷推進(jìn)質(zhì)量變革、效率變革、動力變革,不斷增強(qiáng)適應(yīng)力、創(chuàng)新力和競爭力,開創(chuàng)中國快遞業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的新局面,必須堅(jiān)持以科技創(chuàng)新為動力,加快快遞優(yōu)先域科技創(chuàng)新,強(qiáng)化先進(jìn)技術(shù)運(yùn)用,深入推進(jìn)“人才強(qiáng)郵”戰(zhàn)略;堅(jiān)持以綠色發(fā)展為引優(yōu)先,加快推進(jìn)快遞包裝的綠色化、減量化和可循環(huán)進(jìn)程,推進(jìn)10部門《關(guān)于協(xié)同推進(jìn)快遞業(yè)綠色包裝工作的指導(dǎo)意見》落實(shí),著力推進(jìn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排;堅(jiān)持以市場需求為導(dǎo)向,使市場在資源配置中起決定性作用,堅(jiān)持“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”方向,強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)業(yè)融合協(xié)同,增加中優(yōu)質(zhì)供給,不斷提升服務(wù)品質(zhì)、改善用戶體檢,增加用戶黏性,為廣大人民群眾提供更好更優(yōu)的快遞服務(wù)。
中國快遞協(xié)會會長高宏峰在致辭中表示,快遞業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展要更加關(guān)注百姓民生、更加關(guān)注社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、更加關(guān)注生態(tài)環(huán)境。我們要按照黨中央國務(wù)院的戰(zhàn)略部署和郵政局的工作要求,協(xié)同產(chǎn)業(yè)及供應(yīng)鏈在倡導(dǎo)公民理性消費(fèi)、推動垃圾分類、貫徹規(guī)劃標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、應(yīng)用科技產(chǎn)品、健全配套政策、落實(shí)監(jiān)督管理等方面,開展創(chuàng)新工作,推進(jìn)快遞包裝綠色化、減量化、可循環(huán),降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)的污染排放。中國快遞協(xié)會將匯聚各方力量,形成環(huán)保、綠色、低碳發(fā)展的行業(yè)共識,加強(qiáng)行業(yè)自律,為美麗中國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
